Finance Manager

 

Denise has been an integral part of Mike Mariola Restaurants since May 2022, initially joining as the HR & Accounting Specialist and later taking on the role of Payroll and Recruiting Manager in May 2023.

With an impressive 16 years of experience spanning finance and human resources, Denise has excelled in recruiting, performance management, payroll, AR/AP, and monthly reconciliations. She has a diverse background, acquired from her time at The College of Wooster, a manufacturing company, and a public accounting firm.

Beyond her professional achievements, Denise is celebrating her 30th anniversary with her husband Jim and embarking on a new chapter as empty nesters. Together, they look forward to travel and adventure. Outside the office, Denise enjoys quality time with her three adult children, hiking, exercising, and gathering with friends.
