​Director of HR & Training

 

As Director of HR & Training, Lisa is responsible for all things "People" related for all MMR concepts. Her strengths include talent acquisition, leave of absence management, HRIS admin, Learning & Development, strategic benefit management, corporate wellness, process management, culture and employee engagement.

 

Lisa was promoted to a multiple department management role at Prentke Romich before following her passion for serving others into a human resources role at Certified Angus Beef in Wooster. Her roots in the Wooster community also include ongoing volunteer work, serving on the board of Wayne Area HR Association and completion of  Leadership Wooster. Lisa joined Mike Mariola Restaurants in 2022.

 

Lisa honors her Italian ancestry by seasoning her dinner creations with love, and she treats everyone she meets with compassion.

Lisa and her husband live in Wooster with two daughters, two sons and three cats.
